“Squash Yukon has been working with Better Bodies management to assess and resolve the Court 1 floor issue.
The root cause of the issue (poor drainage along the outside wall of the building adjacent to the court) has been identified, and corrective action has been taken to address the impact on the court floor.
Squash Yukon programming is resuming on the court as before.

To all Squash Yukon members,
It has recently come to the attention of Squash Yukon that the floor of Court 1 is uneven and requires some maintenance. Court 1 is next to the large garage doors. As the courts themselves are the property of Better Bodies, Squash Yukon cannot maintain or repair the courts, so it has brought the issue forward to Better Bodies management and they are looking into what needs to be done. In the meantime, and pending any required corrective measures, Better Bodies has posted a “Use at Own Risk” notice.
Until the Court 1 maintenance issue is resolved, Squash Yukon will not be booking Court 1 for our programming and recommends that members not book the court for their box ladder matches or other matches due to increased risk of injury. Squash Yukon is communicating regularly with Better Bodies about the issue and will update members with any news.
Registration is open for Box Ladder Fall season (September to December ). First set will start from 1 September to 30 September.
Welcome to our new squash ladder set for 2024.
A Box Ladder contains a set of 5 players in each box and given the player 1 month to play their matches. Each player then plays the other 4 players in their box within that month. At the end of the month, the scores are tallied and the top 2 players move up to a box, while the bottom 2 players move down a box.
Great way to find new squash playing partners, play at least 4 matches per month, play your matches at your convenience time, all levels of play are welcome and it’s fun.

The fees of $60 covers the cost of the court booking. When booking your match, it is important to mention that it is for box ladder
